Yet, with tried-and-true techniques and practice, anyone can develop the skills and confidence to present themselves well. Lisa Ekus will offer specific guidelines for effective appearances and/or presentations: Identifying and articulating message points, the do's and don'ts of food interviews; selecting and breaking down recipes for television and event demonstrations; giving effective sound bytes on air. The presentation will benefit chefs, cookbook authors and culinary professional with media opportunities.

Lisa Ekus will show video segments of real tv cooking shows as part of her presentation and will leave time for q&a at the end of the seminar.
