Personal chefs are the ultimate consumer of food service and food related products and merchandise. Not only do they purchase for their own personal use, but for their clients and businesses as well. Often, personal chefs may be cooking for as many as five or six families per week making them a particularly attractive target market for you. Further, when it comes to equipment, personal chefs generally buy at least two of everything: one set for their own home use and one set to use when cooking for clients.

Sponsorships: Sponsoring an event or program during the Summit is your chance to really shine! Sponsors will be featured in signage, the Summit program, will be recognized from the podium at general sessions and - most importantly - at the higher levels will have a logo link on the APCA website, www.personalchef.com. This site receives over 30,000 hits per week and is an incredibly effective way to bring your product to the attention of hundreds of thousands of consumers over the next several months.
