Hotel
reservations are not included with the registration fee.
Hotel reservations for the
Town
and Country Resort & Convention Center may be
made by faxing the
downloaded reservation form by July 16 to
619/291-3584. Reservations may also be made by phoning the
Resort at 800/772-8527. Please identify yourself as an
attendee of the Personal Chef Summit. Our special
conference rate is $99.00. The cut-off date for hotel
reservations at the conference rate is July 16, 2003.
After that date, the Resort will honor reservations on a
space and rate availability basis. All reservations are
subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any reservation
cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one
night's room as a penalty.
Official Airline
Southwest Airlines is offering a 10 percent
discount on most of its already low fares for air travel
to and from the summit. You or your travel agent may call
Southwest Airlines Group and Meetings Reservations at
800/433-5368 and reference the assigned I.D. Code, J0235.
Sales agents are available 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Monday-Friday, or 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Saturday and
Sunday, Central Standard Time. You must make reservations
five or more days prior to travel to take advantage of
this offer.
Airport/Transportation
A
taxi from the San Diego International Airport will cost
approximately $20.
Cloud Nine Shuttle offers a shared ride
system to the Resort for $8.50 per person. The shuttle can
potentially make two other stops prior to getting to your
final destination. Follow the ground transportation signs
to shuttle island and ask for Cloud Nine. We recommend you
make arrangements for your return transportation upon
arrival or call their Reservation line at 800/974-8885.
