The
American Personal Chef Association is proud to present as

Walter Bronowitz, (C.E.C.) CCC, CCE, AAC.
Chef Bronowitz, who hails from Washington State, is the
Western Region Vice President of the American Culinary
Federation.
This former program director and veteran chef instructor
at Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood, WA, served on
his ACF chapter's board of directors for more than ten
years. He was chapter president for four terms and named
the chapter's Chef of the Year in 1987. In 1995 he was
awarded an ACF presidential medallion.
Chef Bronowitz served on the ACF National By-laws
Committee from 1993-1997 and has been the ACF National
Certification Chair.
Chef Bronowitz also sits on the board for the Pacific
Northwest Chapter of the American Institute of Wine and
Food (AIWF). In 1994 he was one of the organizers of the
Symposium on Taste and Health, a conference sponsored by
the AIWF. He is a three time medal winner in the
Professional Hot Seafood Competition.
Most recently, Chef Bronowitz is the Executive Chef of one
of Seattle's newest health concept restaurants "Functional
Fuel" and serves as editor for the American Personal Chef
Association's The Professional Personal Chef college
edition textbook.
