New! Hospitality Suite
(available for two sponsors: one per day, reserved by

The hospitality suite is a gathering place for attendees
to meet, network and take a break between sessions and
workshops. The suite will be open from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
and will be the hub of daily activity. Sponsors will
have a display table in the suite to serve product,
distribute literature, demonstrate equipment or apparel.
Reserve this spot for Friday, August 27 or Saturday,
August 28.

Sponsor Guidelines
Sponsors do not have to be corporate members,
but membership is encouraged to maintain promotional
opportunities and communication with APCA.
Signed contracts must be on file no later than
August 2, 2004. Benefits are not activated until a signed
sponsorship contract is on file with APCA and payment has been
processed.
Donated products must be approved by the APCA
and appropriate to sponsored event. Menus and
events have specific budgets.
The sponsor will be responsible for any additional
requests that exceed the budget (e.g. expanded menu,
Increased labor requirements, electrical extension
cords).
Sponsors must meet announced deadlines to utilize promotional
opportunities.
