The following events are available for sponsorship at this

Welcome Reception The opening event features a
wine, cocktail and hors doeuvres reception. Attendees
make this their first stop to get acquainted or
re-acquainted with colleagues, guests and sponsors. This
evening reception is on Thursday, August 26.
General Session This session provides the
format for presentations by keynote speakers or a panel
of experts to discuss industry related topics. The
session provides an exciting, interactive forum on
Friday morning, August 27.
Closing Reception This final networking
reception on August 28 caps off an activity-packed
Summit experience. It is one last time to exchange
business
cards and stories before heading home.

Sponsor Guidelines
Sponsors do not have to be corporate members,
but membership is encouraged to maintain promotional
opportunities and communication with APCA.
Signed contracts must be on file no later than
August 2, 2004. Benefits are not activated until a signed
sponsorship contract is on file with APCA and payment has been
processed.
Donated products must be approved by the APCA
and appropriate to sponsored event. Menus and
events have specific budgets.
The sponsor will be responsible for any additional
requests that exceed the budget (e.g. expanded menu,
Increased labor requirements, electrical extension
cords).
Sponsors must meet announced deadlines to utilize promotional
opportunities.
