The APPCA has extended its deadline to reserve at the special group rate for the 2012 Personal Chef Summit in San Diego. The new deadline is Wednesday, January 18, at 5 p.m. PDT (6 p.m. MDT, 7 p.m. CDT, 8 p.m. EDT).
